Aanchal Ispat has announced a board meeting approving Q4 & FY26 financial results, with a profit of ₹1.19 Cr for Q4 and ₹2.02 Cr for the year. The company also greenlit raising up to ₹10 Cr via QIP, pending shareholder vote at an EGM on May 23.
