AGI Greenpac Limited — Board Meeting, 27-04-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

AGI Greenpac's board announced FY26 consolidated profit of Rs. 352 Cr (revenue Rs. 2,665 Cr). A Rs. 7/share final dividend was proposed. They appointed Ram Babu Kabra as Non-Exec Director; Sushil Kumar Roongta was named as Independent Director and Sandip Somany re-appointed as CMD.
