Jayant Infratech's board approved acquiring Jayant Infraprojects (an AOP, turnover Rs 1.21 Cr) via a slump sale. It will issue 12.55 lakh shares at Rs 70 (total Rs 8.78 Cr) to the AOP members for this acquisition. An EGM on May 27 will seek shareholder approval.
