Websol Energy System has announced a board meeting today. Approved consolidated FY26 financial results: Profit Rs. 303 Cr, Revenue Rs. 1049.44 Cr. A final dividend of Re. 0.25/share was approved. Sohan Lal Agarwal re-appointed MD for 3 years, and 1.21 Cr new equity shares were issued.
