Meghna Infracon Infrastructure has expanded its premium residential and commercial footprint across Mumbai and Thane with five new redevelopment projects. These additions carry an estimated Gross Development Value (GDV) of 600 Cr, pushing the company’s total construction pipeline to over 10 lakh sq. ft. with a cumulative GDV exceeding 1,000 Cr. Key projects include a luxury sea-facing development in Bandra West (estimated revenue 240 Cr) and an ultra-luxury project in Juhu (generating 85 Cr). The company is also developing a commercial building in Thane with 300 Cr potential, reinforcing its growth strategy in high-demand urban markets.
