InfoBeans board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results: Revenue Rs 513.57 Cr, Profit Rs 86.66 Cr. The company proposed a Rs 1.00/share dividend (Rs 0.50 final + Rs 0.50 special). It also greenlit a new IT Park subsidiary, EIPL, with Infobeans investing up to Rs 50 Cr.
