Mahindra Lifespace Developers Limited — Updates, 28-04-2026: General Updates

Mahindra Lifespace Developers reported FY26 consolidated sales of Rs 4,118 Cr, PAT of Rs 298 Cr (up from Rs 61 Cr), and operating cash flow of Rs 840 Cr. GDV additions reached Rs 18,060 Cr. The board also proposed a dividend of Rs 3.5/share.
