Maruti Suzuki India Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 28-04-2026: Record Date

Maruti Suzuki's Board has put forward a final dividend of INR 140 per share (totaling INR 4,401.6 Cr) for FY26. To be eligible for this dividend, if approved at the Annual General Meeting on August 31, 2026, shareholders must be on the company's register by the Record Date, August 7, 2026.
