REC's board approved the financial results for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2026, posting ₹16,308 Cr consolidated net profit and ₹61.81 EPS. A final dividend of ₹1.55/share was declared, bringing the total FY26 dividend to ₹18.55/share. Loan book hit ₹5.84 lakh Cr.
