REC announced record annual net profit of ₹16,282 Cr and a total dividend of ₹18.55/share. Loan book grew by ₹17,000 Cr to a record ₹5.84 lakh Cr, driven by 30% surge in renewable loans. Asset quality improved, Net Stage-3 loans nearly zero (0.12%).
