Eco Recycling Ltd's board has approved acquiring the remaining 21.74% stake in its subsidiary, Ecoreco Park Pvt Ltd (EPPL), making it a wholly-owned subsidiary. This strategic consolidation, costing Rs. 1.93 crore, advances the company's long-term vision for an Integrated Circular Economy Park. EPPL develops recycling and industrial parks, crucial for the company's warehousing and refining activities. Full ownership provides Eco Recycling Ltd absolute control over EPPL, strengthening its growth roadmap and future infrastructure development plans. EPPL reported an investment loss of approximately Rs. 0.31 crore in FY25. The acquisition is expected to finalize within six months.
