Greenply's board approved a ₹15 Cr investment into JV Greenply Samet for growth & working capital. They also approved a final dividend of ₹0.50/share (pending shareholder approval) and re-appointed an Independent Director. Joint MD & CEO Manoj Tulsian has resigned.
