CEAT Limited — Board Meeting, 28-04-2026: Outcome of Board Meeting

CEAT's Board has announced the financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated FY26 revenue reached Rs. 15,678 Cr, with net profit at Rs. 697 Cr. The Board declared a Rs. 35/share dividend for FY26 and plans to avail credit facilities up to Rs. 1,000 Cr in FY27.
