CEAT Limited — Results, 28-04-2026: Financial Results Updates

CEAT has announced its audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Consolidated revenue for the quarter increased 23% year-on-year to Rs. 4,219 crore, with a net profit of Rs. 244 crore. For the full year, consolidated revenue grew 18.6% to Rs. 15,678 crore, achieving a net profit of Rs. 697 crore. The board has proposed a dividend of Rs. 35 per equity share (350%) for FY26, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company intends to secure a credit facility of up to Rs. 1,000 crore for business purposes in the coming fiscal year.
