CEAT reported Q4 revenue of ₹4,219 Cr (+23% YoY) and net profit of ₹244 Cr. For FY26, revenue hit ₹15,678 Cr (+18.6% YoY) with ₹697 Cr net profit, its highest ever. Board approved a ₹35/share dividend and plans ₹1,000 Cr credit facility for FY27 growth.
