The NCLT has approved the demerger of Inox Green Energy Services' Power Evacuation Business into Inox Renewable Solutions. This strategic move aims to create two specialized, listed entities: Inox Green will become a pure-play O&M services provider, while Inox Renewable Solutions will focus on Power Evacuation and EPC activities. The goal is to unlock value and drive focused growth for both businesses. For every 2,000 equity shares of Inox Green, shareholders will receive 122 new equity shares of Inox Renewable Solutions.
