The company's board has appointed M/s. Aparajita V Shah & Co as the new Statutory Auditors, filling a casual vacancy, and Mr. Kirti Bhavsar as the Internal Auditor for the financial year 2025-2026. The board also decided to convene an Extraordinary General Meeting (EGM) to seek shareholder approval on certain matters.
