Eraaya Lifespaces Ltd — Important, 28-04-2026: Company Update

Eraaya Lifespaces' fund-raising committee has approved the allotment of 3.20 Cr equity shares to Just Right Life Limited, a promoter group entity. These shares, with a face value of Re. 1 each and an issue price of Rs. 81, result from the conversion of an equal number of warrants. The conversion followed the receipt of the remaining balance payment from the allottee for warrants issued earlier on a preferential basis. This allotment raises the company's total issued and paid-up capital to Rs. 21.30 Cr.
