Enviro Infra Engineers (EIEL) subsidiary EIE Renewables is acquiring 100% of Suyog Urja Limited for approximately ₹3,110 crore. EIEL will initially take a 51% stake, with the remaining 49% acquired over 27 months. This strategic move marks EIEL's entry into the wind energy segment, diversifying its energy mix, enhancing project capacity, and expanding its geographic footprint. Suyog Urja brings over 500 MW completed projects and an order book of ₹645 crore, significantly boosting EIEL's renewable energy portfolio and solidifying its position in India's green energy sector.
