Prozone Realty's board approved selling key mall subsidiaries (Kruti, Alliance, Empire) to Inorbit Malls for ~Rs 1,242.50 Cr, after first moving certain land assets into new SPVs. PRL also plans to acquire a 17.51% stake in Gajaanan Property Developers for ~Rs 24 Cr to expand its real estate footprint.
