Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms Ltd — Important, 29-04-2026: Company Update

Fabtech Technologies Cleanrooms has announced that its board has approved the financial results for the half-year and full-year. For the full year, consolidated revenue from operations was ₹219.03 Cr, with a profit after tax of ₹15.82 Cr. This included a ₹1.02 Cr exceptional loss from selling a stake in Altair Partition Systems. The board appointed Bathiya Advisors LLP as internal auditor. The company increased its stake in Kelvin Air Conditioning to 60.53% and Advantek Air Systems to 34.99%, and incorporated a new foreign subsidiary. It also plans to raise ₹3.98 Cr via a preferential issue.
