Enviro Infra Engineers announced acquiring Suyog Urja, a wind EPC player, for ₹311 Cr (51% for ₹111 Cr initially). This diversifies EIEL into wind energy, creating an integrated water and renewables platform. Suyog Urja adds ~₹650 Cr to the order book and projects ₹38 Cr PAT for FY26.
