Granules' Board approved audited consolidated Q4 revenue of ₹1,470.61 Cr and FY26 revenue of ₹5,365.64 Cr. Net profit hit ₹201.57 Cr for Q4, ₹595.02 Cr for FY26. A final dividend of ₹1.75/share was declared, plus ₹365.63 Cr received for warrants.
