Vedanta's board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results: Net profit at ₹9,352 Cr (Q4) & ₹25,096 Cr (FY26). A ₹11/share third interim dividend was declared, making the total FY26 dividend ₹34/share. The demerger scheme is effective May 1, 2026, with the same date as record.
