Capital Small Finance Bank wrapped up FY26 with strong results for the quarter and full year. Gross Advances surged 21% YoY to Rs. 8,687 Cr, fueled by MSME and LAP segments. Deposits also grew impressively by 20% YoY, reaching Rs. 10,018 Cr. For Q4FY26, Profit After Tax jumped 17% YoY to Rs. 40 Cr, contributing to a full-year PAT of Rs. 141 Cr.
Asset quality is improving, with GNPA at 2.54% and NNPA at 1.24%. The bank's Net Interest Margin (NIM) shows early signs of expansion at 4.06%, and its Cost-to-Income ratio tightened to 58.2%.
The strategy remains focused on middle-income customers and a highly secured loan book (~98%). Management aims to boost NIM further by reducing deposit costs and accelerating the Credit-to-Deposit ratio. Looking ahead to 2029, the bank targets doubling its Advance book to over Rs. 16,000 Cr, expanding its branch network significantly, and achieving RoA above 1.6% and RoE above 15%.
