IIFL Finance board approved Q4 FY26 consolidated net profit of ₹623.26 Cr and FY26 net profit of ₹1,816.70 Cr. They also OK'd raising up to ₹10,000 Cr via NCDs (pending AGM) and appointed Vinay Agrawal as Business Head - LAP, plus a new joint auditor.
