MAS Financial Services board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated results, with FY26 PAT rising 21% YoY to ₹379.41 Cr. AUM crossed ₹15,000 Cr. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹0.75/share and increased borrowing power to ₹15,000 Cr. It also greenlit ₹3,000 Cr NCDs & ₹1,000 Cr CPs.
