IIFL Finance board approved audited financial results for the quarter and FY26, reporting ₹1,816.70 Cr consolidated net profit. They also greenlit raising up to ₹10,000 Cr via NCDs, appointed a new Business Head for LAP, and approved Shah Gupta & Co. as joint statutory auditor.
