Ador Welding's board approved FY26 consolidated results: Revenue ₹1140.01 Cr, Net Profit ₹81.98 Cr, EPS ₹47.11. A dividend of ₹23/share (230%) was proposed. Aditya T. Malkani was re-appointed as MD for three years.
