Bajaj Finance reported Q4 PAT of ₹5,553 Cr & FY26 PAT of ₹19,332 Cr. AUM crossed ₹5 lakh Cr, growing 22%. The board proposed a final dividend of ₹6/share for FY26. A strategic sale of BHFL shares yielded a ₹1,416 Cr gain.
