Gujarat Gas Limited — Dividend/Bonus, 29-04-2026: Record Date

Gujarat Gas fixed May 12, 2026, as the record date for its Composite Scheme of Arrangement. This is for issuing 62.27 Cr new equity shares to eligible shareholders of GSPC and GSPL. GSPC shareholders will receive 10 GGL shares for every 305 GSPC shares, and GSPL shareholders 10 GGL shares for every 13 GSPL shares. Gujarat Gas Limited will also be renamed Gujarat Energy Limited post-scheme.
