Motilal Oswal Financial Services Limited — Results, 29-04-2026: Financial Results Updates

Motilal Oswal Financial Services (MOFSL) reported its highest-ever quarterly operating PAT of ₹661 Cr for Q4FY26, a 25% year-on-year increase. Full-year FY26 operating PAT rose 16% to ₹2,360 Cr, primarily fueled by strong growth in its Asset & Private Wealth Management segments. Asset Management AUM increased 32% to ₹1.76 lakh Cr, while Private Wealth Management AUM grew 36% to ₹1.97 lakh Cr. Housing Finance AUM also saw a 19% rise to ₹5,829 Cr, backed by a $100 million raise from the Asian Development Bank.
