Eraaya Lifespaces' Fund-Raising Committee approved the allotment of 12,75,000 new equity shares at Rs. 81 each. These shares were issued upon conversion of warrants held by Just Right Life Limited, a promoter group entity. This conversion increases the company's total issued and paid-up capital to Rs. 21.43 Cr. Following this, Just Right Life Limited's equity holding in the company has increased from 6.44% to 7.00%. This transaction strengthens the company's capital structure.
