Raideep Industries Ltd — Important, 29-04-2026: Company Update

Raideep Industries' Board of Directors has approved significant changes to its governance structure. The Board noted the resignation of Independent Director Ms. Parul Singh due to personal exigencies, leading her to cease as Chairperson of the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committees. Following a proposal from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, Ms. Manshi Sharma was appointed as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. These changes necessitated the reconstitution of the said committees, with Ms. Somali Trivedi now serving as Chairperson for all three, and Ms. Manshi Sharma joining as a member, strengthening the board's oversight.
