Raideep Industries' Board met and noted the resignation of Ms. Parul Singh as an Independent Director due to personal exigencies. This also meant her stepping down as Chairperson of the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committees. The Board then approved the appointment of Ms. Manshi Sharma as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term, subject to shareholder approval. To maintain effective governance, the Board also reconstituted its committees, with Ms. Somali Trivedi now leading the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committees, ensuring continuity in oversight.
