Raideep Industries' Board noted the resignation of Ms. Parul Singh as an Independent Director due to personal reasons, also ceasing her roles as Chairperson across key committees. The Board, acting on input from the Nomination and Remuneration Committee, then appointed Ms. Manshi Sharma as an Additional Independent Director for a five-year term, pending shareholder approval. Ms. Sharma brings experience in finance and corporate governance. Following these changes, the Board restructured its Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholders’ Relationship Committees. Ms. Somali Trivedi is now the Chairperson of these committees, ensuring continued board oversight.
