Motilal Oswal Financial Services Board approved Q4 FY26 consolidated Operating PAT of ₹661 Cr (+25% YoY) and FY26 Operating PAT of ₹2,360 Cr (+16% YoY). It also appointed Sunil Goyal & Smita Bhagat as Independent Directors from July 1, 2026, and cleared promoter reclassification.
