Motilal Oswal's Board approved Q4 Operating PAT of ₹661 Cr (+25% YoY) and FY26 Operating PAT of ₹2,360 Cr (+16% YoY). AUM grew 32% to ₹1.76 lakh Cr. Two Independent Directors were appointed, and some promoter group members moved to the public category.
