Brigade Enterprises converted its wholly-owned subsidiary, Vibrancy Real Estates (VREPL), into a 50:50 joint venture with an investor. VREPL will now develop an integrated project spanning ~2 million sq ft (office and hotel). The total investment for this stake conversion is Rs. 439.75 Cr.
