Eco Hotels and Resorts has processed the call money for its partly paid-up Rights Equity Shares. Shareholders who paid both the first reminder call and the second call, each amounting to ₹3.80 per share, now have their shares paid-up to ₹7.50 from ₹5.00. The company's committee has approved the conversion of 85,45,990 such shares. This initiative has collectively brought in ₹3.44 Crore. The company will now undertake the necessary corporate actions to obtain listing and trading approvals for these converted shares, bolstering its capital structure.
