Fino Payments Bank saw FY26 revenue at ₹1,587.9 Crore (down 14% YoY), with Q4’26 revenue at ₹340.0 Crore (down 31% YoY). Net Profit (PAT) for FY26 was ₹52.5 Crore (down 43% YoY) and Q4’26 PAT stood at ₹7.1 Crore (down 70% YoY). Despite this, average deposits grew robustly by 30% YoY to ₹2,403 Crore, peaking at ₹2,957 Crore in March’26. Referral loan disbursals were strong, surging 3.5x YoY to ₹1,285 Crore for FY26. Digital throughput expanded 16% YoY to ₹262,000 Crore.

A major strategic pivot is the in-principle RBI approval to transition into a Small Finance Bank (SFB). Their 'Liability First' approach aims to expand customer base and introduce new products like FDs. They plan a predominantly secured (90%), asset-light lending portfolio using their merchant network, anticipating lower acquisition and collection costs.

Key highlights include the successful migration to the Finacle Core Banking Platform in January’26 and achieving their highest-ever quarterly renewal income, signaling customer trust. Growing Soundbox adoption is also boosting digital penetration.

FY26 Revenue: ₹1,587.9 Cr, PAT: ₹52.5 Cr. Q4’26 Revenue: ₹340.0 Cr, PAT: ₹7.1 Cr. FY26 Average Deposits: ₹2,403 Cr (+30% YoY). FY26 Referral Loans: ₹1,285 Cr (+3.5x YoY).

The bank targets SFB operationalization by Q1 FY’28, aiming for an Asset Under Management (AUM) of ₹8,000-10,000 Crore by FY’30. They anticipate a 20%+ Return on Equity, <1% Credit Cost, and <4% Cost of Funds, emphasizing no new capital is required until FY’30.
