Pidilite Industries Limited — Updates, 29-04-2026: General Updates

Pidilite's subsidiary PVPL plans a strategic exit from Buildnext (home design services). PVPL will first invest up to Rs. 22 Cr for a majority stake, then swap its entire Buildnext holding for JSW One shares. Buildnext's FY25 turnover was Rs. 18.38 Cr, with negative PAT.
