PVV Infra Ltd — Important, 29-04-2026: Company Update

PVV Infra has called for the final payment on its partly paid equity shares issued via a rights issue. Eligible shareholders must pay ₹3.75 per share. The payment window is from May 15 to May 29. The company's Board made this decision, with the Record Date for eligible holders set as April 27. Trading of these partly paid shares was suspended from April 24. Shareholders who do not pay by the deadline risk forfeiture of their shares and the amount already invested. This completes the capital raise from the previous rights issue.
