Parle Industries Ltd — Important, 29-04-2026: Company Update

Parle Industries announced a significant change regarding Golden-Valley Treasure Park Pvt. Ltd. (GVTPL). Following a fully subscribed Right Issue Offer by GVTPL to strategic investors for capital expansion, Parle Industries' shareholding was substantially diluted. As a direct result of this dilution, GVTPL has ceased to be a subsidiary of Parle Industries. Moving forward, GVTPL will be classified as an Associate company, effective March 31, 2026. This reclassification means a change in how Parle accounts for GVTPL and its level of control.
