Ador Welding reported strong FY26 profits of ~8.20 Cr (EPS Rs 47.11) and proposed a Rs 23/share dividend. The company completed its amalgamation with Ador Fontech. It recovered ~14.1 Cr from old receivables and reversed ~3.1 Cr in onerous project costs for its Flares & Process Equipment segment.
