Indegene reported Q4 revenue of ₹1,003.4 Cr (+32.8% YoY) and FY26 revenue of ₹3,510.5 Cr (+23.6% YoY), crossing key milestones. FY26 Adjusted EBITDA was ₹679.3 Cr. Strong bookings included one >$3M ACV and seven $1-3M deals. Board proposed ₹2.25/share final dividend.
