Mphasis has announced a board meeting approving Q4 & FY26 financial results. Q4 revenue grew 14.4% YoY to ₹4,242.67 Cr, with profit at ₹509.64 Cr. Full-year revenue reached ₹15,879.65 Cr. Board approved a ₹62/share dividend. New TCV wins for FY26 hit USD 2.1 billion, 60% AI-led.
