PS IT Infrastructure & Services Ltd — Important, 30-04-2026: Company Update

PS IT Infrastructure & Services has been admitted into the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process (CIRP) by the NCLT Mumbai bench due to a default in loan payments to Golden Medows Export Private Limited. The company owes approximately Rs. 3.10 Cr, comprising Rs. 2.90 Cr in principal and Rs. 0.20 Cr in interest. Mr. Rajneesh Kumar Aggarwal has been appointed as the Interim Resolution Professional (IRP), taking over the company's management. A moratorium is now in effect, restricting asset transfers and legal actions against the company during the CIRP.
