Newgen Software's board approved Q4 & FY26 consolidated financial results, with revenue at Rs 1,574.4 Cr and net profit at Rs 300.6 Cr. A final dividend of Rs 6/share was proposed. The board also re-appointed Internal & Statutory Auditors and scheduled the AGM for July 24.
