HFCL reported record annual & quarterly results with FY26 revenue at ₹4,949.27 Cr and PAT at ₹329.44 Cr. Its order book hit a highest-ever ₹21,206 Cr. The Board proposed a 20% dividend, initiated ₹580 Cr OFC preform backward integration for margins, and formed a committee for business restructuring options including defence expansion.
